In my mind, there are many weaved questions — about who I am, what I’m doing with my life, and what life I should lead. Should I stay away from a place I once belonged to? Does that place even exist anymore? And how can I translate my memories of what should or could have been into a way forward?
Quartains of Confusions consists of four paired artworks, each inspired by one of Salah Jaheen’s famous Rubaiyat. It’s an attempt to weave confusion into more confusion — not to resolve it, but to embrace it as a space where meaning collapses and something new might emerge.
